Please note that WTFWL’s Online store is currently for US and Canadian customers. All prices are in US dollars but we deliver orders Canada as well.
Out of Stock/Backorder
Under rare circumstances, an item may become out of stock before we are able to ship out the order. We will always contact you prior to a shipment if this happens and we will try our best to remedy the situation. However, due to limitations we cannot accept back orders. If you wish to substitute an item you will need to contact us to arrange for a substitute or to cancel your order outright.
Payment Methods
WTFWL online store accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you. Unfortunately, we cannot work out credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution, and then place the order again when the problem is resolved.
Sales Tax
The amount of tax applied to your order depends on your location (State or Province). Your shipping address can differ from your billing address. Tax will be applied based on shipping address information.
Price and/or Description Changes
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds, credits or corrections to your order. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store, or any other store are not refundable.
Errors on our Websites
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. WTFWL reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, WTFWL will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Shipping Policy
All products are shipped from our central office/warehouse located in Calgary, Alberta. We reserve the right to ship orders using our choice of carrier, however currently we ship orders through Canada Post using regular or expedited forwarding. We do not ship to PO boxes. We cannot split shipments. We currently ship only within Canada and the USA. Business days are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM excluding statutory holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Orders can only be modified or cancelled up until its status becomes -Shipped-. After this point, you must initiate a return if you wish to exchange or cancel your order.
Return Policy
You can return any new, unused items with its original packaging and/or tags within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Below is an example of a WTFWL product in its original packaging.

We do not charge any restock fee. Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be for the full value of the returned items.
Any merchandise that shows signs of use (wear, dirt, smell, scuffing, etc.) cannot be returned. This includes any items that have been -tested out. Items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-10 business days
Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be for the full value of the returned items. Shipping and overage fees will not be refunded. Credit for the returned items is applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase.
To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page and let us know your intention. Note that you can only create a return after an order has been marked as shipped. You have the option of using the return shipping carrier of your choice to return merchandise to us, however we recommend using a shipping method that is traceable and that provides insurance. WTFWL will not be responsible for lost or stolen -in-transit- items. Any COD returns will be refused. Please do not tape anything to the product box, ship it the way you received it in the original or in another box. Do not ship the product as is.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Warranty
All our products are under warranty from manufacturers defect.
A manufacturer’s defect is defined as a failure of the product as a result of a deficiency in the direct materials and/or workmanship of the product during the manufacturing process. Any user created product failures are not covered under a manufacturer’s warranty nor are any failures relating to “worn out” products that have reached the end of their Product Life Span.
A Product Life Span is defined as the normal usable length of time any product should conceivably last. If a product has failed due to the fact that it has reached this point in less time than its stipulated warranty, this does not indicate a manufacturer’s defect.

The money back guarantee only refers to the disfunction of the product once the package has been opened. If any of our products does not fulfill the promises we have made in the description of the product you can return it and we will refund your money. Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be for the full value of the returned items. Shipping and overage fees will not be refunded.
Limited Remedy
Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty is limited to the replacement of defective products with those of equal or greater value or product repair, at the sole discretion of WTFWL. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original purchaser, and is not transferable. In no event shall WTFWL be responsible for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether base on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory. Some provinces, territories and states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Warranty Exclusion
The above warranty, or any implied warranty, does not cover normal wear and tear on parts such as gaskets or in situations where there are no assembly or material defects. All warranties are void if the product is modified from its original condition, the product is used for other than normal activities, including, but not limited to, failing to follow the product user manual/instruction.

– Within 48 hours of submission of your claim we will reply and contact you with options to resolve the concern
– Any COD shipments will also be refused
– All product warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by WTFWL before any replacement product is issued.
Damaged Items
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately via the Contact page so we can help you work with the shipping carrier.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise, you may not receive credit for the return.
